Most in-stock items will be processed at our warehouse within 2 business day of ordering however, may be subject to up to 4 business days depending on stock and order volume. We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
Once your order has processed, you will receive an email notification to track shipment. Keep in mind, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on courier’s website.
All orders will be shipped via UPS standard shipping. Standard shipments will arrive within 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse.
REFURB.io delivers to all customers within the contiguous/mainland United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases where destinations are to remote areas which may be subject to UPS' Extended Area Surcharge or otherwise cost-prohibitive to service.
Should you order multiple laptops, desktops and/or combos, please be mindful your order may process in a split shipment. In cases of a split shipment, once you receive an email notification with your tracking number, please reach out to our customer service department for more information on alternate tracking numbers and possible expected delivery dates should that information be available. All split shipments will follow the standard shipping timelines of 2-7 business days.
Upon delivery, be sure to verify your order.
