Requests for order cancellations must be received by within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for to use best efforts to action the cancellation request.

If communicated outside of 24 hours, we may not be able to process the cancellation. In which case, the product will have to be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Any refunds that may issue against Credit Cards can take on average 5-7 business days to post but your payment card issuer can take longer and that is outside of our control. Please follow up with your payment card issuer in the case of any concerns or understanding their timing.

Please note that we are unable to change any information on an order that has been placed.
