"My f key sticks and my referb says it will no longer receive updates.... Other than that it's good to piddle on"

— Heidi B. (4/5)

Decent laptop, light weight, good price, fast delivery

"I bought this as my travel laptop and it works well. Nothing but good things to say about it. The built in speakers are much better than expected. The video-cam is fine for meetings. I think I got a good deal and would buy from this seller again. It was weird to see that the bill for the laptop was to a Canadian source, so I got popped for a foreign transaction fee - but overall it was such a good deal that I didn't fuss with the seller about this one minor issue."

— John K. (5/5)

Just didn’t work out.

"I tried twice to order a laptop. The first time my order was cancelled by the company. The second time my order had to be returned because the system accepted my address but wouldn’t deliver to it. Not sure how the laptop would have been, but after two months I gave up and ordered from Walmart."

— Veronica P. (1/5)

Good laptop, decent set of features for the price

"The pricing for the item makes this an overall good deal. The main selling points for me was the 16GB RAM and SSD boot drive. I'm not using the preloaded Windows OS but instead installed Ubuntu LTS desktop. The system performs well even with the slightly older processor...the RAM and SSD really helps. The only downsides: the screen size is a little small, keyboard is a bit cramped, no onboard speakers and web camera captures somewhat grainy video. For most users these would be minor problems. I'm considering buying a second unit."

— Keri A. (4/5)

Bad Firmware

"I returned the laptop because of internal problems."

— Hersey I. (2/5)

These were gifts

"Those receiving gifts are very happy."
